What is in dried mango leaves that makes it a good humus? - dried mango

Where did you get the information that it makes good compost?

One could make a good compost, humus, but not good, at least for a longer period of time. They are high in tannin, and therefore have similar problems, although composting. Check out the following information about this topic:
Avoid highly resinous wood and leaf size of plants such as juniper, pine, fir and sell. Resins, these materials to protect red and increase the time required for composting, compared to other plants. Tannin leaves of oak trees (high and poplar) have similar problems, but can be used in small quantities, but crushed and mixed with other materials.
